About us
BMTC, s.r.o. is a consulting company based in Žilina that has been providing comprehensive and professional tax advisory and accounting services since its establishment in 2016.
We offer our clients an individual approach and expert solutions not only within Slovakia. Thanks to cooperation with a network of partner organizations in Poland and the Czech Republic, we also provide services with a cross-border scope.

Corporate management
Ing. Eva Barčíková
She is a certified tax advisor, a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors (SKDP), and the authorized provision of tax advisory services within the company is carried out under her professional supervision.
She has long-standing experience in the fields of accounting and taxation. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive expertise both as an employee of large companies and through close cooperation with her clients, for whom she has been providing accounting services and advisory support since 2006. Since 2015, she has personally represented business entities during tax audits.
She is listed in the register of court experts in the field of Economics and Management, specializing in taxation and accounting. As a member of the SKDP Methodology and Legislative Committees for VAT, income tax, and tax administration, she actively participates in addressing methodological issues and interpreting tax legislation.
She is also engaged in professional education and occasional publishing activities in the areas of taxation and accounting. She has actively combined her professional knowledge and expertise in close cooperation with her colleague, with whom she forms a stable and well-coordinated professional team.
Ing. Marián Majchrák, PhD.
He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and completed his doctoral studies at the University of Žilina.
He has over fifteen years of experience in the fields of taxation and audit. He began his career as a tax advisor assistant in 2009 and has been a certified auditor since 2019. He applies his professional expertise in delivering comprehensive advisory services with a strong emphasis on precision and reliability.
